Is the free plan time-limited?
No. The facility snapshot, CMS star ratings, and the regulation library stay free for as long as you want them.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Pro renews at $29.99/month, or $300/year if you chose annual. Cancel before day 30 in Settings and you pay nothing at all.
Is it per facility or per person?
Per person. Each user sets up their own facility by CCN, so a DON and an administrator each keep their own checkups and drafts.
Do I need a card to start?
Not for the free plan. The Pro trial does put a card on file so access continues without a gap, and nothing is charged until day 30.
